Broiler breast fillet shashlik in cheese marinade

A creamy marinade full of cheese gives juiciness to the broiler breast fillet. Edam and Italian hard cheeses are both very flavorsome cheeses, and go very well with an otherwise rather mild-tasting fillet. Herbs and spices add to the flavor profile. Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.

Broiler breast fillet 73%, water, Edam cheese 12%, Italian type hard cheese 3%, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, herbs and spices (including mustard, black pepper, garlic, parsley), maltodextrin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, dextrose, flavorings (oak smoke, vinegar, yeast extract, smoking preparation), spice extracts, vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), thickener E415

The product may contain small amounts of wheat, egg, soy and celery.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

In the oven: baked in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 25 minutes.

Pan: add a little oil and the meat of the order to a preheated pan on medium heat. Bake the product for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
