Broiler thigh meat in Greek yogurt-tzatziki marinade

The rich flavor combination of Greek yoghurt, extra-virgin olive oil and tzatziki will take you to the sunny Mediterranean coast. Broiler thigh fillet in a creamy yoghurt sauce spiced with garlic and seasoned with herbs is like a real culinary adventure. Broiler thigh meat remains juicy and flavorsome when cooked. Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.

The product may contain small amounts of wheat, soy, mustard and celery.


Remove the packaging.

In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.

In a hot air fryer: bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the meat on the grill for 12 minutes.

Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook the product for 15 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 ºC.
