FIT! Chicken fillet minute steak in pesto marinade
FIT! products are the lightest of the lightest options on the menu. Thin minute steaks made from low-fat and protein-rich broiler breast fillets from Estonian antibiotic-free chickens are cooked in a pan in a few minutes, cook evenly and remain juicy. Fillets with a rich basil-oregano-parsley pesto are a nice addition to a salad or pasta dish.

Ingredients
broiler breast fillet 88%, water, rapeseed oil, salt, herbs 0,9% (basil, oregano, parsley), black pepper, dextrose, vegetable fibers, flavorings.
The product may contain small amounts of wheat, soy, milk, celery and mustard.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the pieces of meat on the grill for 2 minutes on both sides.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the reverse air program at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook the product for 3 minutes on both sides.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
