Spicy firecracker broiler half wings
The middle part of the broiler wing is made to be eaten with your fingers, and the rather spicy firecracker marinade is so tasty you’ll lick your fingers clean. The classic firecracker marinade contains lots of red chilli pepper and a little tomato puree and soy sauce. Several spices enrich the flavor profile. Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
Broiler halfwings 72%, water, olive oil, sugar, tomato puree, salt, corn starch, soy sauce (including wheat flour), spices (including garlic, ginger, chili pepper), destilled vinegar, dextrose, caramelized sugar syrup, flavourings (including hickory flavor), vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), stabilizer E415, acidity regulator E330, preservatives: E202, E250
The product may contain small amounts of egg, milk, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
Pan: cook the product in a hot pan for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the product on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
