FIT! Broiler fillet minute steak chipotle-citrus marinade

The series is aimed at the conscious nutritionist who wants to make lighter yet tasty choices. The perfect blend of mildly spicy chipotle chilli and citrus is a pleasing balance of spicy, sour and aromatic – a truly versatile explosion of flavour. The minute steak from the broiler breast can be prepared really fast in the pan or oven and goes well with many side dishes.

broiler breast fillet 84%, water, orange and lemon peel 5%, sugar, lemon grass, salt, lime juice, spices and herbs (i.a. chipotle chili 0.25%, garlic, coriander), glucose, vegetable protein and fiber, flavorings, acidity regulators: E262ii, E330, E331; antioxidant E224.

May contain traces of wheat, soy, milk, celery and mustard.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the pieces of meat on the grill for 2 minutes on both sides.

In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the reverse air program at 180 °C for approx. 10 minutes.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes.

Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook the product for 2 minutes on both sides.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
