Broiler meat shashlik in tomato marinade








Chopped broiler meat with skin in a rich tomato marinade remains especially juicy and flavorful when cooked. Perfect for eating with both salad and rice. The meat of broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and they do not contain the flavour enhancer E621.

Ingredients
broiler meat with skin 76% (drumstick meat with skin and thigh meat with skin fluctuating), water, sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, flavorings (including meat aroma, vinegar, yeast and paprika extract, smoking preparation), tomato powder 0,5%, spices, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), acidity regulator E330, vinegar, thickeners: E412, E415.
The product may contain small amounts of wheat, soy, milk, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
On the pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +75 °C before use.
