Preparation

Bring the broiler to room temperature about 1 hour before baking.
In the oven: Remove the decorative bag and cut off one corner of the baking bag, so that the steam generated during baking can escape from the bag. Place the broiler in a preheated oven at 180 °C on a rotation air program.
Baking takes ~ 1.5 hours when the broiler weighs 1.6 kg. If the weight is higher, add 5 minutes of baking time for every 0.1 kg. 10-15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, remove the baking bag to the broiler to golden brown skin. At the end of the cooking time, paste the broiler with the juices that are on the bottom of the baking tray – this will leave the broiler juicier. TIP! Just before cooking the broiler, you can also do the following: do not cut off the corner of the baking bag, but place the broiler in the oven with a closed baking bag. After approx. 15-20 minutes, when the bag has swelled due to the steam generated, poke a hole in the bag or cut off a corner of the bag – be careful with the hot steam coming out of the bag! By doing this, the baking bag will not stick to the broiler during cooking and is easier to remove after cooking. Do not allow the oven temperature to rise above 200 °C during baking.
In a hot air fryer: Remove the broiler from the baking bag and baking box and place the broiler breast in the fryer, back side up. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes and turn the broiler over. Bake for another 40 minutes.
Let the broiler rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

NB! Cook till the internal temperature is at least +75 °C before use.
