Broiler breast fillet cheese minute steaks

Tenderised steaks cut horizontally from fillets of pure broiler breast, seasoned on the surface with melted cheese. Minute steaks are done quickly, in just 6 minutes

Ingredients

broiler breast fillet 83%, water, Edam cheese 13%, rapeseed oil, salt, flavours (i.a. smoking preparation), sugar, spices, dextrose, vegetable fibers and protein (pea), acidity regulators: E262ii, E331; thickeners: E415, E425i.

This product may contain traces of wheat, egg, soy, mustard and celery.

Preparation

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75 ºC.

Remove the packaging.

In a pan: Cook the product on a hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side.

On the grill: The coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Grill the meat for 2 minutes on each side.
