Ingredients
broiler thigh meat skinless 78%, water, champignons 4%, rapeseed oil, flavourings (incl. yeast extract, chanterelles), butter powder, herbs and spices (incl. garlic, onion, chives), salt, sugar, acidity regulator E262, thickeners: E412, E415.
The product may contain trace amounts of wheat, soy, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Before cooking, keep the thigh meat at room temperature for half an hour.
In the oven: remove the beauty bag. Thigh meat in a bake-safe package is ready to be cooked, there is no need to open or cut the package before putting it in the oven. Place the steak on a baking sheet and then preheated to 180°C on the convection program. The cooking time of a 700 g package is ~50 minutes. Do not allow the oven temperature to rise above 200°C during baking.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 ºC.
