Thin minute steaks made from low-fat, high-protein chicken breast cook in just a few minutes on the pan, cook evenly, and stay juicy. The creamy, tangy Caesar marinade makes the minute steak perfect for salads, served with rice, or even with whole wheat pasta. Ingredients
broiler breast fillet 77%, water, rapeseed oil, capers, Italian hard cheese, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, dextrose, vegetable protein, mustard powder, black pepper, acidity regulators: E260, E262ii, E330, E331; herbs (parsley, garlic, oregano), thickeners: E415, E425i, modified starch; flavorings, antioxidant E300, food coloring E160a, preservatives: E202, E211.
The product may contain wheat, soy and celery.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the pieces of meat on the grill for 2 minutes on both sides.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the reverse air program at 180 °C for approx. 10 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook the product for 2 minutes on both sides.
NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +75 °C before use.
