Ingredients
filling 45%, dough. Ingredients for the filling: broiler meat 60% (broiler breast fillet and broiler thigh meat), water, broiler skin, onion, salt, meat protein, spices (including celery), dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, black pepper, flavorings. Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, rice flour, dextrose, salt, spices, flavorings.
May contain trace amounts of soy, milk, mustard and sesame seeds.
Preparation
In a pot: place the frozen dumplings one at a time and carefully in lightly salted boiling water in the ratio of 1 part dumplings to 3 parts water. When the dumplings have risen to the surface, boil for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dumplings from the cooking water and serve immediately. Enjoy with sour cream or melted herb butter.
In a pan: put oil in a pan over medium heat and add the frozen dumplings. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the dumplings are golden brown.
