Fresh sausages with Merevaik from broiler meat

Deliciously juicy raw sausages that combine high-quality chicken meat with the much-loved Merevaik melted cheese. Made from chicken thigh and breast meat, the sausages offer a rich flavor and pleasant texture, complemented by the cheese’s creamy and lightly salty notes.
Special value is added by the natural, thin sheep casing. Sheep casing is delicate and elastic, becoming pleasantly crisp when cooked while allowing the filling to cook evenly. It enhances the flavors of the meat and cheese without overpowering them, and gives the sausages an attractive appearance and a natural mouthfeel.

Ingredients

broiler meat 72% (thigh meat with skin, breast fillet with skin), water, melted cheese Merevaik 10% (cheese, water, butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifying salts: E452, E339; modified starch), vegetables, spices and herbs (incl. garlic, parsley, black pepper, paprika), sugar, salt, meat protein, vegetable fibers, buttermilk powder, flavorings, lamb casing.

The product may contain trace amounts of soy, wheat, mustard and celery.

Preparation

Remove the packaging and brush a little oil on the raw sausages.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand over the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

In the oven: Bake in a preheated oven on the grill program at the top of the oven on a rack at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

In a pan: Add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages, turning them in between, for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 ºC.
