Ingredients
broiler breast fillet 75%, water, broiler skin, crumbs (i.a. wheat), salt, onion, chicken egg, whey powder (i.a. milk), soy protein, glucose, flavorings, black pepper.
Preparation
Tallegg mini meatballs can be used to make soups, sauces and delicious chicken dishes. To prepare the soup, boil the frozen meatballs for 5-7 minutes. From time to time, remove the foam that has formed on the surface. While preparing the sauce, fry the meatballs in butter or oil until golden brown. Add a little water or broth and cream and heat again. If desired, serve with chopped herbs.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
