Ingredients
Broiler breast fillet 75%, yogurt 3%, water, rapeseed oil, cream powder, salt, flavorings (i.a. mustard, celery), dextrose, spices, sugars, vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), antioxidant E300, thickener E415, acidity regulator E262ii, preservatives : E202, E211.
May contain traces of wheat and soy.
Preparation
Take the product to room temperature about half an hour before baking. Remove the packaging before cooking. The coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 ºC.
