Before baking, keep the breast cap at room temperature for half an hour. Before use, the product must be heat treated to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C
In the oven: remove beauty bag. The breast cap is ready to be cooked in a baking-proof package, there is no need to open or cut the package before putting it in the oven. In a hot air fryer: remove the packaging and place the breast cap in the fryer, back side up. For a 0.75 kg brisket, cook at 180°C for 35 minutes and turn the beast cap over and cook for another 20 minutes. For heavier breast cap, add 5 minutes of cooking time for every 0.1 kg.
