Broiler fillet shashlik in yoghurt marinade

The lightest of the lightest shashlik in the Tallegg product range. We use the highest quality skinless broiler fillets as the raw material for our shashlik.

Broiler fillet (75%), water, yoghurt powder (1%), rapeseed oil, creampowder, salt, flavourings (ia celery), spices, sugars, vegetable fibres, antioxidant: E300, thickener: E415, acidity regulator: E262ii, preservatives:

E202, E211. The product may contain small amounts wheat, soya, egg and mustard.


Broiler meat hash with some fat content and broiler fillet hash with low fat are prepared differently. The fattier the meat, the more moderate heat should be grilled. Shish kebab is ready in 20 minutes on the pan and grill, in 25 minutes in the oven at 180 ºC.
