Broiler thigh in Asian marinade
Thigh meat is the tastiest and juiciest part of the chicken, and it pairs perfectly with bold, intense Asian flavors. The slightly sweet and spicy marinade contains various Asian spices, creating a delightful nutty aroma. It’s perfect for a BBQ party or for a quick dinner on weeknights, whether cooked on the pan or in the oven. Our marinade products only use meat from broilers grown in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
broiler thigh meat without skin 79%, water, rapeseed oil, sugar (i.a. caramelized sugar), salt, spices and herbs (i.a. onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, fenugreek, chili), dextrose, vegetable fiber, flavorings, thickeners: E412, E415. Origin of raw materials – EU.
The product may contain small amounts of milk, wheat, soy, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Remove packaging.
On the grill: The coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the meat on the grill for 6 minutes on each side.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 ºC for 20 minutes. ‘
In the hot air fryer: bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.
Pan: Cook the product in a hot pan for 6 minutes on each side.
Let the baked product stand under a lid for 5-10 minutes before serving.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
