Broiler thigh shashlik forest blueberry

The deliciously juicy thigh meat is cut into perfect pieces, making it easy to skewer, and then covered with a blueberry marinade loved by Estonians. The sweet wild blueberries are balanced with the addition of spicy black pepper, sharp garlic, and smoky paprika in the marinade. Our marinade products only use meat from broilers grown in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients

broiler thigh meat without skin 75%, water, blueberry puree 6.4% (i.a. blueberries 23%), sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, herbs and spices (i.a. black pepper, paprika, garlic), flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, mustard), modified starch, dextrose, vegetable fibers, food colors: E150c, E160c, beetroot concentrate extract; acidity regulator E330, preservatives: E202, E211.

The product may contain small amounts of soy, wheat, milk and celery.

Preparation

Remove packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time. In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

In the hot air fryer: bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes.

Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook the product for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time. Let the baked product stand under a lid for 5-10 minutes before serving.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
