Broiler oven thigh meat with cheese
Chicken thighs packed in an oven proof vacuum with a rich cheese marinade are incredibly easy to prepare – simply remove the decorative bag and place the product with the film (e.g., on a baking tray) in a preheated oven to cook! The chicken remains wonderfully juicy and flavorful in the cooking bag, and the marinade absorbs well. You can use the meat juices and marinade released from the vacuum to create a delightful sauce to accompany the meat.

Ingredients
broiler thigh meat without skin 73%, water, cheese 15% (i.a. Italian hard cheese, mozzarella, Cheddar), rapeseed oil, salt, herbs and spices (parsley, garlic, tomato, paprika, turmeric, black pepper), vegetable fibers, whey powder (i.a. milk), sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, flavoring agents (i.a. yeast extract), spice extracts, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, thickener E415.
May contain traces of soy, wheat, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Before cooking, keep the thigh meat at room temperature for half an hour.
In the oven: remove the beauty bag. Thigh meat in a bake-safe package is ready to be cooked, there is no need to open or cut the package before putting it in the oven. Place the steak on a baking sheet and then preheated to 180°C on the convection program. The cooking time of a 700 g package is ~50 minutes. Do not allow the oven temperature to rise above 200°C during baking.
Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +75 °C before use.
