Blood sausages with chicken meat and plums

Delightfully crispy thin blood sausages with broiler thigh meat in natural lamb casing. Various spices give the sausages an interesting flavor note, which is mellowed by both plums and plum puree.

Ingredients

barley groats, broiler thigh meat with skin 22%, food blood 20%, broiler skin, plums 6%, plum puree, salt, sunflower oil, spices, dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, spice extracts, yeast extract, preservative E202, lamb casing.

May contain milk, soy, mustard, celery, wheat and eggs.

Preparation

remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180 ºC. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them with the reverse air program ca 25 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface.

Cook in a hot air fryer at 180 ºC for approx. 20 minutes. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
