Qualitative broiler fillet steaks in delicious butter marinade are low in fat and covered with green herbs and different spices. Important ingredients in marinade with light butter taste and aroma are parsley, ramson, dill, garlic and onion.
Thin broiler fillet steaks are mollified and cook very quickly on a pan or grill, needing just 2 minutes of cooking from both sides.
Broiler fillet (79%), water, partially hydrogenated rape oil , spices, salt (incl sea salt), glucose, vegetable fibers, vegetable protein, herbs, acidity regulators E331, E262; sugar, scent and flavorings (incl celery), yeast extract.
May contain traces of wheat, soy, egg, milk, mustard and sesame.

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75 ˚C.
Cook the steaks on a hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. After the cooking process, let the cooked steaks rest for 2 minutes (preferably in foil or under a lid) in order to let the meat retain its juices and then serve.
