From the pure broiler fillet which are horizontally cut tenderized steaks, with melted cheese surface flavouring. Minute steaks are ready in 6 minutes.
Cook the product on a hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. After the cooking process, let the cooked fillet slices rest for 2 minutes (preferably in foil or under a lid) in order to let the meat retain its juices and then serve.

broiler fillet (83%), water, smoked cheese powder (3%), canola oil, salt, spices and flavours, sugar, spices, glucose, vegetable protein and fiber, stabilizer E425, buffered vinegar, acidity regulators E331, E262, thickener E415.

Preparation

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75 ºC.
