Estonians favorite seasonal meal- oven chicken is now together with three cheese and extremely delicious. Assortment of cheese that are used to season Estonian oven chicken is royal: Italian type hard cheese, mozzarella and Cheddar. Oven chicken is packed into oven bag and it’s really easy to cook.
Chicken-broiler (83%), water, cheese (6%, incl Italian type hard cheese, mozzarella and Cheddar), salt, herbs and spices (parsley, tomato, paprika, turmeric), vegetable fibres (incl psyllium, pea), whey powder (incl milk), dried vinegar, sugars, maltodextrine, spices and flavorings, black pepper, garlic, spice extracts.
May contain traces of gluten, egg, soy, mustard and celery.

Before cooking keep the product for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
After that remove case package and cut away the corner of the transparent oven bag, so that steam wouldn’t spoil it and drag the foil up so that it’s not against the chicken.
Put the chicken with oven box and oven bag into oven. Cook at 180ºC for 1,5 hours (if the chicken roll weighs more than 1,6 kg lengthen the cooking time 5 minutes per every additional 100g).
Chicken inside temperature must be at least 75ºC at the end of the cooking. If the cooking time is over remove the oven bag and water the chicken roll with the liquid that has accumulated into the oven box- so that the chicken roll will be juicier. If you like crispier overlay bronze the chicken without oven bag for five more minutes in the oven at grill regime.
ADVICE! Before cooking the chicken you may do like that: don’t cut away the corner of the oven bag and put the chicken roll into oven with closed oven bag. After 15-20 minutes if oven bag has blown up, poke a hole into oven bag or cut away the corner- be careful with the hot steam coming out from the bag! In that way the oven bag won’t stick against the chicken and it is easier to remove the bag after cooking.
