Remove the packaging.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180°C for 20 minutes. In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the product for 12 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In a pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook for 15 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +75 °C before use.
