A new product for grilling – a butterfly cut from the whole broiler flavoured in the exquisite BBQ style. The rich flavour bouquet combines tomato, paprika, chilli, garlic, onion, black pepper and parsley, which also give the chicken butterfly a nice red colour with green pieces of herbs. The chicken butterfly inspires to use the trendy and authentic produce on a grill as well. To make turning the chicken butterfly over, you can place it between the grate or stick it on two spit rods (starting from the drumstick, through the breastbone up to the wing on the other side). Crispy skin and juicy meat are guaranteed.

Before use heat to an internal temperature of at least + 75 ºC.
Remove the packaging around product and heat the chicken on a grill, breastbone up, and cook the chicken under a lide for 50 minutes. After that turn the chicken, breastbone down, and continue the grilling process for 15 minutes. For heating the product in a oven but the chicken, breastbone up, in a preheated oven, temperature +180 °C. The cooking time for the chicken with weight 1,6 kg is 70 minutes, extend product weight for each 100 g by 5 minutes.
