Before use heat until internal temperature is at least +75 ºC. Depending on the size of meat pieces the cooking time varies. Grill or fry drumstick pieces 25 minutes or cook them 30 minutes in oven at 180 ºC. Grill or fry halfwings 15 minutes or cook them 20 minutes in oven at 180 ºC. Let the meat rest for couple of minutes before eating.
