FITNESS broiler fillet steaks are made of low fat, high protein and high selenium content Estonian broiler breast fillet. Seasoned with black pepper, chili flakes, sea salt and a bit of olive oil. No sugar is added.

Thin steaks cook really fast, needing only about 4 minutes (2 from both sides) cooking time.

Protein helps to grow muscle mass, maintain muscle mass and keep bones in normal condition.

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75 ˚C.

Cook the steaks on a hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. After the cooking process, let the cooked steaks rest for 2 minutes (preferably in foil or under a lid) in order to let the meat retain its juices and then serve.
