Fitness chicken fillet steaks are made of low fat, high protein and high selenium content Estonian chicken fillet. Seasoned with black pepper, chili flakes, sea salt and a bit of olive oil. No sugar is added.

Thin steaks cook really fast, needing only about 4 minutes (2 from both sides) cooking time.

Protein helps to grow muscle mass, maintain muscle mass and keep bones in normal condition.

Selenium is good for our immunity system.



Chicken-broiler fillet (88%), water, olive oil, salt, spices, vegetable protein and fibres (incl pea), dried vinegar, acid regulator: E262ii, E331; dried chili fleaks (0,2%).

May contain traces of wheat, soy, egg, milk, mustard and celery.

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75 ˚C.

Cook the steaks on a hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. After the cooking process, let the cooked steaks rest for 2 minutes (preferably in foil or under a lid) in order to let the meat retain its juices and then serve.
