Crispy chicken inner fillet with french fries is modern chick’n’chips style meal where chicken inner fillet is covered with crunchy corn flakes. To make the meal perfect we added mayonnaise sauce with chili flakes.

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75ºC. Remove the wrapper and puncture holes in oven tray plastic. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the tray to the preheated oven. Cook it at 180°C for 20 minutes. Then carefully remove the plastic from the oven tray and cook the product for 10 minutes, in order to get brown result. Serve with chili mayonnaise sauce.
