Broiler thigh meat steak with three cheese

New three cheese steaks from broiler thigh meat contain marinade which is rich in cheese- it consists of Italian type hard cheese, mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

Pleasant flavor is added by parsley, garlic, paprika, tomato, black pepper and rosemary.

Broiler thigh meat 85%, water, cheese 12% (i.a. Italian hard cheese, Mozzarella and Cheddar), salt, rapeseed oil, vegetables, herbs and spices (lemon, parsley, garlic, tomato, paprika, turmeric, rosemary), flavorings (i.a. meat aroma, hard cheese (including milk), yeast extract), vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), whey powder (i.a. milk), sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, flavoring agents, black pepper, spice extracts.

Product may contain traces of  egg, wheat, soy, mustard and celery.

Preparation

Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +75ºC. Take meat out of the package.  Grill or fry product 6 min on one side and 6 on other side. After heat treatment let the meat rest for 4 minutes before serving.
