Chopped broiler leg meat with skin in a rich tomato marinade remains particularly juicy and flavorsome when cooked. It’s great with salad or rice. Meat from broiler raised in Estonia without antibiotics and contains no flavor enhancer E621.

On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

In the oven: bake in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.

On the pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the meat. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 25 minutes.

NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +75 °C before use.
