Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.

Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
