Delicious broiler leg meat pieces in a mild vinegar marinade are a definite summer barbecue classic. Leg meat is easy to grill, and it stays nice and juicy even when you’re not the greatest grilling expert. Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.

Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
