A creamy marinade full of cheese gives juiciness to the broiler breast fillet. Edam and Italian hard cheeses are both very flavorsome cheeses, and go very well with an otherwise rather mild-tasting fillet. Herbs and spices add to the flavor profile. Our marinade products use only meat from broilers raised in Estonia without antibiotics and do not contain the flavor enhancer E621.
Broiler breast fillet 73%, water, Edam cheese 12%, Italian type hard cheese 3%, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, herbs and spices (including mustard, black pepper, garlic, parsley), maltodextrin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, dextrose, flavorings (oak smoke, vinegar, yeast extract, smoking preparation), spice extracts, vegetable fibers (psyllium, pea), thickener E415.
The product may contain small amounts of wheat, egg, soy and celery.

Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
