Broiler roulade with plums
The whole cleaned broiler is stuffed with dried prunes and rolled into a juicy roll. In a mesh and oven-proof vacuum bag, the roll keeps its shape well and stays particularly juicy when cooked. The boneless oven roast broiler is particularly easy and enjoyable to eat. A new favourite with children!

before cooking, take the steak out of the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour at room temperature.
In the oven: remove beauty bag. The roast is ready to be cooked in a baking-proof package, there is no need to open or cut the package before putting it in the oven. Place the roast on a oven plate and then in a preheated 180 °C oven on the fan program. The cooking time for a 1.2 kg roast is 70 minutes. For heavier roasts, add 5 minutes of cooking time for every 0.1 kg. If desired, about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, remove the top film with a knife or scissors and brown the product in the grill mode of the oven. Pour over the baked product with the frying liquid and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving. Before eating, carefully remove the net from around the roast. Do not allow the oven temperature to rise above 200 °C when baking.
Hot air fryer: remove the roast from the beauty bag and baking film and place it in the fryer. The cooking time for a 1.2 kg roast is 70 minutes at 180 °C. For heavier roasts, add 5 minutes of cooking time for every 0.1 kg. Before eating, carefully remove the net from around the roast.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +75 °C.
